Autism Bedfordshire have an exciting three day course for 16-19 year olds to join in February half term as part of Skills for Success. The sessions will be made up of a collaborative learning activity in the morning themed around nutrition, a balanced diet, food hygiene and kitchen safety, followed by a cooking activity in the afternoon - the young people will have the opportunity to plan and cook a dish and will come home each day with the food they have made.
