
Futures get relaxed with yoga
At Futures today our members tried yoga. Yoga helps to maintain better health, develop body flexibility, develop core body strength, it helps to stabilise energy levels and provide emotional and mental calmness. It's safe to say after our wonderful session with Sarah, there was a lovely relaxed feeling among the group!

We're going on an egg hunt
We had a wonderful Easter Egg hunt at Futures, finding clues to chocolate eggs! Futures is our fun, supportive, user-led group supporting adults with learning disabilities on Mondays, 11.30am - 2.30pm at Linslade Community Hall. Would you like more information about the group?
