FREE legal advice about SEN process

HCB Solicitors in association with Autism Bedfordshire would like to invite you to the seminar 'Understanding the SEN Process (EHCPs)' in March, offering FREE legal advice from the UK's leading education law department.

The seminar aims to provide parents of children with special educational needs including Autism and Specific Learning Difficulties with details information as to the implications of the legislation issued in 2014 which saw the introduction of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

A FREE individual consultation will be available immediately after the seminar.

If you are considering applying for a statutory assessment, you are going through the assessment process and need to know what to expect, your child's EHCP is due to be reviewed or is you want your specialist school placement funded by your Local Authority, then this seminar is aimed at you.

The HCB edication team have years of experience representing parents with children with special educational needs and have assisted in securing over 1000 places at independent specialist schools through special educational needs tribunals.
