Friends Within is a social group for people aged 18 and over, encouraging social inclusion in our community and gaining of new skills.

Members' ideas are used to create a programme of activities from art to Zumba, day trips to camping!

​

The members mostly pay for their own involvement and make a small donation towards transport. This helps minimise costs and creates an important sense of value, satisfaction and independence for our members.

​

The activities are conducted under supervision with minimal interference to the individual’s independence. Volunteers work closely with our members to ensure everyone has a great experience.
